These terms apply to all users, including customers, browsers, vendors, and content contributors.

Update Date: October 4, 2024

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Custom Website Development: We build tailored websites based on customer requirements.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): We improve your website’s search engine visibility through various strategies.
  • Marketing Services: We offer digital marketing services, including social media management, ad campaigns, and more.

Please note that website development does not include SEO or marketing services by default. These are separate services that require additional contracts and fees.

2. Domain Acquisition and Transfer

As part of our website development services, NewWebsiteSolutions can purchase domains on behalf of our clients. The ownership of these domains can be transferred to you at your request. However, domain transfers come with an additional cost that will be agreed upon before the transfer is initiated.

Until the transfer fee is paid, NewWebsiteSolutions retains control over the domain.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices for our services are provided in advance and must be paid according to the payment terms outlined in your service agreement. Full payment must be received before any work on a project begins.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services once work has begun or after services have been delivered. As we provide custom services like website development, SEO, and marketing, these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

By agreeing to our terms, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

4 Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Cooperate with us during the development process by providing necessary content, feedback, and access to relevant accounts (e.g., hosting, domain registrars).
  • Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, NewWebsiteSolutions retains all intellectual property rights for any content, software, and materials we create. Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the website we develop for you. You are not allowed to resell or redistribute our work without our permission.

Any content you provide remains your property. By submitting content to us, you grant us the right to use it solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party websites. Any reliance you place on third-party services is at your own risk.
